use | intermediate of drug dopamine. This product is an anti-shock drug. |
Production method | 3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-β-nitrostyrene is obtained by condensation of vanillin and nitromethane, and then reduced to 3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-β-phenylethylamine hydrochloride with zinc powder, and then hydrolyzed to obtain dopamine hydrochloride. Another method is obtained by ring-opening of pipertylamine. obtained by hydrolysis of 3-O-methyldopamine hydrochloride (see 24653). Add 3-O-methyldopamine hydrochloride, 48% hydrobromic acid and hydrochloric acid to the reaction pot, slowly raise the temperature until the generated bubbles disappear and then return for 2 hours. Let stand overnight, precipitate crystallization, cool, filter, wash the filter cake with hydrochloric acid, and dry in vacuum to obtain the finished product. |
